Clay’s leadership and operational expertise contribute directly to Dorado’s reputation for reliability and excellence in the construction industry.
Prior to co-founding Dorado, Clay dedicated 12 years to the healthcare field at Shannon Medical Center, where he served as Department Supervisor and Lead Echocardiographer. He directed a team of echocardiographers, vascular sonographers, and EKG technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services. His background in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations has equipped him with a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and performance management, which he now applies to Dorado’s growing operations.
